Entrepreneurship Track

After completing the core courses, the students can specialize in entrepreneurship track in the second semester. They will be taking five track elecetive courses.

Entrepreneurial Strategy
This course will help students to develop a Blue Ocean Strategy for their new ventures. 

Growth Modeling
The aim of the course is to teach students how to develop a hypothesis driven gowth models and tools to test models. You will learn how to launch a landing page, how to promote your product on google adwords, facebook or linkedin and how to track web site analytics with google analytics. 

Venture Creation
This course will teach students how to start a company, build a business model, test it with customers and how to raise venture capital. We will explore current business models and students will develop their business models and pro forma income statement for their ventures. Next they will start iterating their business model with lean methodologies. Students will learn how to develop value propositions based on customer jobs. Course will finish with students investor pitches'. 

Sales Development
This course is about developing the sales skills that are expected from every founder. Founders (yes we will treat you as founder) will develop the customerization (turning prospects to paying customers) engine. You will learn how to change your  digital product can return to a sales robot. Starting from cold emailing, you will develop measurable / scalable sales models. As the sales are done in digital (internet or telephone) environment, the course aims at the development of the founders as follows: Research: How to Discover the Ideal Audience ?, How to Search: How to find your cold calls by finding the name and e-mail address of almost anyone you want on the web? How to increase email opening rates, Tracking, Tools and Measurement: How to follow up to close the sale?, How to track and measure sales process? , Listen and Resolve: Sales = Listening. How sholud we listen to our ideal customer and solve their problems to sell our solution. 

Marketing Analytics 
The aim of the course is to give the basic understanding of analytics problems in marketing. Statistical methods, models, and cases will be employed to illustrate approaches to marketing intelligence problems, such as forecasting, price sensitivity and campaign management. 

Model Building and Validation 
This course will teach the students how to start from scratch in answering questions about the real world using data. The model building process involves setting up ways of collecting data, understanding and paying attention to what is important in the data to answer relevant business questions, finding a statistical, mathematical or a simulation model to gain understanding and make predictions. This process involves asking questions, gathering and manipulating data, building models, and ultimately testing and evaluating them.
